Terms of Service

FlipFoundry provides two free tools — a listings search and FlipCheck — that show eBay listings for sports cards and Pokémon cards beside market values from a price guide, so you can research a card before you buy it. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service beyond normal browsing or API quota.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or resell access without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Introduce malware, bots, or automated scripts that interfere with normal Service operation.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or eBay's terms of service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@flipfoundry.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be suspended. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

FlipFoundry is free to use. We do not charge fees for the Service.

FlipFoundry is funded by the eBay Partner Network affiliate program. Links from FlipFoundry to eBay listings are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them.

FlipFoundry provides market data and analytical tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

FlipScore ratings, verdicts, market values and suggested offers are derived from third-party data sources and algorithms. They reflect historical or estimated market conditions and are not guarantees of future results. Market prices for trading cards can be volatile and unpredictable. You may lose money on any individual transaction.

All buying and selling decisions are made solely at your own risk and discretion. FlipFoundry is not responsible for any financial losses arising from your use of information provided by the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLIPFOUNDRY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

The FlipFoundry name, logo, software, and all content produced by us are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission.

Listing data displayed in the Service is sourced from eBay, and market values are sourced from a third-party price guide, each under their respective terms. Market values are estimates, not guarantees. FlipFoundry does not claim ownership of raw listing data or third-party pricing data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under those laws.
