Terms of Service

FlipFoundry provides market intelligence tools to help resellers identify potential deals in the trading card secondary market. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service beyond normal browsing or API quota.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or resell access without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass subscription limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Introduce malware, bots, or automated scripts that interfere with normal Service operation.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or eBay's terms of service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@flipfoundry.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be suspended. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

FlipFoundry offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

• Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no prorated refunds are issued for unused time except where required by law.
• Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before increasing prices for existing subscribers.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails we will notify you and may suspend access to paid features until the balance is resolved.
• Taxes: Prices shown exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

FlipFoundry provides market data and analytical tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

Deal scores, FlipScore ratings, median sold prices, and edge percentages are derived from third-party data sources and algorithms. They reflect historical or estimated market conditions and are not guarantees of future results. Market prices for trading cards can be volatile and unpredictable. You may lose money on any individual transaction.

All buying and selling decisions are made solely at your own risk and discretion. FlipFoundry is not responsible for any financial losses arising from your use of information provided by the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLIPFOUNDRY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

The FlipFoundry name, logo, software, and all content produced by us are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission.

Market data displayed in the Service is sourced from eBay and third-party data providers under their respective terms. FlipFoundry does not claim ownership of raw listing data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under those laws.
